How We Approach Learning

Notebook-Style Curriculum

Lessons are structured like worked sessions — explanation, example, practice. Each cell builds on the last, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

Reviewed Exercises

Submissions are read by a person, not just auto-graded. Feedback points out what works and what could be stronger, so you move on with a clearer picture.

Practitioner Mentors

Mentors in the Capstone track are people currently working in AI and software. Sessions stay practical and grounded in the kind of decisions that come up on real projects.

Stackable Tracks

The three tracks are designed to connect. You can start at Foundations and work forward, or join at Applied if your background suits it — the curriculum acknowledges where you come from.

Self-Paced with Structure

No fixed lecture times. You study when it fits your schedule, but milestones and check-ins keep things moving so work doesn't drift to the back of the queue.

Real Data, Real Code

Projects use datasets drawn from practical contexts. You write code that runs, not just code that illustrates a slide — and you get to see the output before calling a project done.

Common Questions

Do I need prior coding experience to join Foundations?
Some familiarity with programming helps, but we designed Foundations to be accessible if you understand basic concepts like variables and loops. If you're uncertain, reach out and we'll talk through your background.
How much time per week does each track require?
Foundations typically fits within 6–8 hours per week. Applied Model Building tends toward 8–10 hours given the project work. The Capstone track is more variable depending on project scope — your mentor will help you plan a realistic pace during onboarding.
Are the courses entirely online?
Yes. All materials, exercises, and feedback exchanges happen online. Mentor sessions in the Capstone track are conducted via video call. You can study from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What tools and languages will I be working with?
Python is the primary language across all tracks, which reflects how most practical AI and data work is done. You'll use standard data and ML libraries, and the environment setup is covered in the opening sessions of Foundations.
What is the refund or withdrawal process?
We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions before enrolling, as they set out the withdrawal and refund process in detail. If you have questions before committing, please contact us and we'll explain directly.
How is my personal data handled?
Your information is used only to manage your enrolment and communicate about your studies. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
