1. Definitions

• "Service" — the online AI development courses and associated materials offered by Tensora.
• "We / Us / Our" — Tensora, operated from 227 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "You / User" — any individual accessing our website or enrolled in a course.
• "Track" — one of Tensora's structured course offerings: Foundations of AI Development, Applied Model Building, or Capstone & Mentorship Track.
• "Content" — all materials, exercises, feedback, and supporting resources delivered as part of a track.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at tensoraab.pro or enrolling in a track, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol. You must be aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Tensora provides structured online courses in AI development. Each track is delivered asynchronously, with exercises reviewed by team members and, in the Capstone track, one-to-one mentorship sessions conducted via video call. Course content is accessed online; no physical materials are shipped.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not offer a continuous availability commitment. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment begins when we receive your payment and send a confirmation email. You will receive access details within one working day. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read the track description and understand what is included.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Keep your access credentials secure and not share them with others
• Submit original work for exercises — submitting others' code as your own is not permitted
• Engage with the curriculum honestly and in good faith
• Not attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell course materials

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including lesson materials, exercise prompts, feedback frameworks, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Tensora. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course materials without written permission.

Code you write as part of exercises or projects remains yours. Tensora may use anonymised, aggregated examples of learner work for curriculum improvement purposes.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are:

• Foundations of AI Development — ฿4,080
• Applied Model Building — ฿6,460
• Capstone & Mentorship Track — ฿11,900

Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment via the methods listed at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future enrolments but will not change after a confirmed enrolment.

8. Withdrawal and Refunds

You may withdraw from a track within 7 days of enrolment confirmation, provided you have not yet accessed more than 20% of the course content. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days.

After that period or threshold, refunds are not available for partially or fully accessed tracks. If exceptional circumstances apply, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the situation individually.

Tensora reserves the right to withdraw or suspend a learner's access without refund if the user responsibilities in Section 5 are materially breached.

9. Course-Specific Terms

Foundations and Applied Tracks

Access to materials remains available for 12 months from the enrolment date. There is no fixed completion deadline within that window.

Capstone & Mentorship Track

Mentor sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. No more than two sessions may be rescheduled per enrolment. The track access period is 6 months from enrolment.

10. Disclaimers

Course content is provided for educational purposes. Tensora does not offer professional advice in the fields of software engineering, data science, or any related domain. Outcomes from study will vary by individual and are not promised or implied. We make no representations about employment, career advancement, or commercial results arising from completing a track.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Tensora's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant track. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tensora harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may withdraw from a track at any time, subject to the refund conditions in Section 8. Sections 6, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Before initiating formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss resolution informally.

15. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tensora regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active enrolments, material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.
